Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal scent preferences or any other subjective reasons unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Each candle is a unique creation and cannot be resold once opened. We appreciate your understanding.

 

Order Issues / Damaged or Incorrect Items

We understand how disappointing it can be to receive a damaged product. If your order arrives broken, melted, or otherwise unusable, please email us at support@lumelyt.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If eligible, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item(s). Please note that we may not be able to replace limited-edition items, but we’ll do our best to offer a suitable solution.
* Due to the soft and natural properties of coconut wax, slight melting during hot weather is normal. If your candle appears slightly melted, please place it in a cool area for a while, and it will return to its original form.

 

 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before you receive the shipping confirmation. Once you receive the shipping confirmation, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves our studio, we rely on the carrier to complete the delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered,” but we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Goods

According to U.S. law and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used candles
• Items marked as final sale or promotional gifts

Perishable, handmade, and made-to-order goods like ours are exempt from being returned. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
